Haifa police are searching for persons responsible for having pointed swastikas and two anti-Semitic slogans, “Death to the Jews,” on the walls of Technion University’s Churchill Auditorium in Haifa over the weekend. This incident, the first of its kind at the university, has angered the students and student bodies are discussing ways and means to calm student wroth. Student committee leader Shlomo Nehama said he was convinced that the defacing was done by persons who do not attend Technion.
