Leon Dulzin, chairman of the World Zionist Organization and Jewish Agency Executives, has praised a recently established’ group of American Zionists who have pledged to immigrate to Israel within a specific number of years. The group, called Telem, an acronym for the Hebrew words “Movement for Realizing Zionism,” was founded in California in May, 1979 and claims a membership of 1000. Dulzin promised that Telem will be accorded official recognition by the WZO at the forthcoming meeting of the Zionist General Council.
