Former Prisoner of Conscience Lev Roitburd of Odessa and his wife Lilia have been given exit visas to rejoin their relatives in Israel after on eight-year bottle. According to information received by the Robert F. Drinan Human Rights Information Center in Madrid from Moscow sources, the couple will leave the USSR within 30 days. The Drinan Human Rights Information Center is sponsored by the Union of Councils for Soviet Jews for the duration of the Helsinki Agreement review conference in Madrid.
