The International Committee of the Red Cross told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency today that it had received notice from the Palestine Liberation Organization that they held one Israeli prisoner. It is presumed that he is the downed pilot Aharon Achiaz who was interviewed on television in Beirut. The ICRC has asked to visit him but so far was not given permission. The ICRC said their representatives visited 18 Syrian prisoners captured by Israel.
