A leading educator reported that missionaries and cult leaders are reaching out not only to “vulnerable” Jewish youths on area campus colleges but are seeking also to influence Jewish senior citizens in nursing homes and hospitals. This disclosure was made by Dr. Seymour Lachman, chairman of the task force on missionaries and cults of the Jewish Community Relations Council. He spoke at the spring luncheon of the Women’s League of the National Council of Young Israel.
