An explosive charge detonated in a trash bin in Kfar Saba Sunday morning causing no injuries or damage. Several Arabs were detained for questioning. Kfar Saba is adjacent to the Arab town of Kalkilya just across the demarcation line in the West Bank, where tensions have run high lately between Jewish settlers and the Arab populace.
