Fervently Orthodox parties in Israel expressed disappointment after Israel’s Supreme Court ruled that large parts of an electrical generator could be transported on the Jewish Sabbath. But a representative of the Shas Party said it was unlikely that Shas would leave Prime Minister Ehud Barak’s coalition over Wednesday’s ruling.
