Lebanon says French diplomats kept Hezbollah off the E.U.’s new list of terrorist groups. Last Friday, the European Union froze the assets of Islamic Jihad and the military wing of Hamas. According to the Associated Press, the European Union drew up a list of organizations accused by all 15 E.U. states of terrorist activity.
