Yasser Arafat’s Fatah movement denied any connection to a leaflet calling for attacks on American and Israeli targets. The denial came after groups affiliated with the movement called Monday on all Palestinian organizations to strike at the targets in response to U.S. opposition to Arafat’s leadership.
