Israeli soldiers clashed with settlers as the soldiers dismantled an illegal outpost in the Gaza Strip. Some 19 settlers were arrested during Monday’s clashes, which came amid warnings that some settlers would refuse to abide by Israel’s plans to evacuate the Gaza Strip and parts of the West Bank later this year.
