A leading U.S. rabbi in the anti-torture movement spoke at a White House protest. Rabbi Gerald Serotta of Temple Shalom in Chevy Chase, Md., spoke at the rally Tuesday, which drew about 200 people. Serotta is prominent in Rabbis for Human Rights and the National Religious Campaign Against Torture.
