UPDATE: The photo in question — which featured Axelrod sitting at his desk with a campaign poster with Obama’s name written in Hebrew nearby — has been replaced on the page. A brewing scandal!?! Is the Times covering up Axelrod’s love of Hebrew? And, if so — on who’s orders? Jeremiah Wright? The Weathermen? Rashid Khalidi? Yiddishists?
