Deputy Speaker Danny Danon: "President Obama Has Not Yet Internalized The Results of Last Week’s Elections"
Deputy Speaker of the Knesset Danny Danon (Likud) reacted tonight to US President Barak Obama’s comments on Israel’s approval of 1,300 apartments in Jerusalem. President Obama had earlier said that "This kind of activity is never helpful when it comes to peace negotiations."
Deputy Speaker Danon’s reaction: "President Obama has apparently not yet internalized the results of last week’s elections in the United States. Israel can and should build without any restrictions in our undivided capital of Jerusalem. I commend Prime Minister Netanyahu for ignoring the unreasonable demands of some US administrations officials."
A): It’s Barack with a c.
B): Say Obama gets reelected in 2012. Say the economy turns around, and Democrats sweep Congress in 2014.
Is November 2014 when Danon tells the settlers to pack up and leave? That they have to "internalize the result of last week’s elections?"
Please.
