* Magical Elves Productions, the production company behind TV hits like "Top Chef" and "Project Runway," is planning a new reality TV show — with a Jewish flavor. The company issued a casting call for Jewish men between the ages of 26 and 40 who are "interested in finding lifelong love and are open to finding it through the ancient practice of arranged marriage." Perhaps they should call it "’Bachelor’ on the Roof." (Jewcy)
* Apple removed the "ThirdIntifada" app from its Application Store for iPhones, as the app "violates the developer guidelines by being offensive to large groups of people," Apple said in a statement. The app had been used to announce demonstrations and protests, and spread anti-Israel information to users. (Haaretz)
* Gene Simmons recently visited his father’s gravesite in Israel — an emotional experience for the KISS singer, who was raised by his mother, a Holocaust survivor. Simmons, who donned a kippah for the visit, sobbed by the gravesite and expressed regret over his estrangement from his father. "I was so stupid. I don’t know why I didn’t go see him before he died?" (Arutz Sheva)
