Israel has six months to evacuate houses built in three West Bank outposts, the High Court of Justice said on Monday, Haaretz reported.
The houses, which stand on private land, are located in Givat Assaf, Mitzpe Yitzhar and Ma’aleh Rehavam, according to Haaretz.
It is impossible to rely on the state’s word regarding West Bank construction, the court said in an opinion that leveled “unprecedented” criticism against the state, Haaretz said.
