Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew addressed the opening day of the 2014 AIPAC policy conference. Lew, an Orthodox Jew, is the first of two U.S. Cabinet members on tap to speak at the conference. Tomorrow, Secretary of State John Kerry is scheduled to take the dais.
