(JTA) — “Jew floor” was written in the elevator of an apartment building in a heavily Jewish suburb of Cleveland.
The epithet was written Sunday with a black marker on the button for the third floor of the building in Beachwood, Ohio. The message was later removed.
Police are investigating the incident.
At the end of December, the words “Move Jew” were spray-painted on the garage door of a home in Yardley, Pa., a suburb of Philadelphia.
