A total of 105 displaced Jews arrived here last night aboard the S.S. Marine Tiger under the provisions of the Displaced Persons Act of 1948. The vessel brought 549 immigrants to the United States and is the 19th DP vessel to reach these shores since last July. Fifty-nine of the Jewish immigrants were sponsored by HIAS, while 42 of the Jewish passengers will be aided by the United Service for New Americans.
