A Jewish policeman proceeding from Haifa on duty to an Arab village, was shot. He was accompanied by Arab police. It is believed the wound is mortal.
Pinchas Haifetz, who was stabbed Saturday afternoon in the lane leading to the Wailing Wall, was admitted to the Hadassah Hospital last night. He had been given a temporary bandage at the government hospital and sent home, but the wound began to show infection and he was rushed to the Hadassah Hospital.
