A kosher butcher in an Orthodox community in New York is accused of supplying nonkosher chickens. The Department of Agriculture and Markets seized 15 cases of chickens from Hatzlocha Grocery in Monsey after it received word that the chickens supplied by Shevach Meats were not kosher.
