A tombstone marking the burial place of remains of Holocaust survivors was consecrated near London on Monday, Britain’s National Holocaust Memorial Day. The organs and body parts from victims of the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp were held by the Royal College of Surgeons from 1948 until 2001, when they were handed over to Britain’s United Synagogue for burial.
