Almost two out of three Israelis support the planned withdrawals from the Gaza Strip and West Bank, a survey found. According to a Yediot Achronot poll published Tuesday, 65 percent of Israelis back Prime Minister Ariel Sharon’s withdrawal plan, while only 26 percent oppose it. But only 39 percent of Israelis think Knesset ratification, which Sharon obtained Tuesday, was the way to pass the plan.
