Warburg, President of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, by Dr. LouisnAlexy, Acting Consul General of Hungary, in New York, who made the presentation in the name of Admiral Horthy, Regent of Hungary. The letter, notifying Mr. Warburg of the honor accorded him reads as follows:
