An audience of Russian immigrants to Israel cheered former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev during a speech he made in Tel Aviv. Gorbachev, who is in Israel along with several other international dignitaries to attend a board of governors meeting of the Peres Center for Peace, said he is concerned about the lack of outrage in Russia against the increase in anti-Semitism there.
