One Israeli soldier was killed today when members of the Arab Legion opened fire on Israeli positions in the southern section of Jerusalem, an official communique reported.
The Armenian Orthodox Patriarch left the Arab-held old City today and arrived in the Israeli-held part of Jerusalem for a fortnight’s stay. He will visit all the Armenian religious institutions in Israel.
