Security police were silent today on reports that a ground calling Itself “Commando Libya El Fatah” had threatened to attack German diplomatic missions and kidnap President Gustav Heinemann or some senior German political figure to force the release of four Africans in prison In Stuttgart on charges of drug trafficking.
