Ariel Sharon plans to address the United Nations after Israel completes the Gaza Strip withdrawal. Aides to the Israeli prime minister said Sunday that if the pullout from the remaining settlements goes smoothly, he will attend the World Summit at the United Nations in mid-September and is expected to address the General Assembly.
