Ariel Sharon pledged to fight, and win, Israel’s war against Palestinian terrorism. In a special address to the nation Monday, the Israeli prime minister repeatedly said that Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat is responsible for the continued terrorism against Israel. Sharon said his government would convene after his speech to decide on the next steps in the fight against terrorism.
