A law regulating the sale of kosher foods was put into effect in Arizona this week following its signature by the Governor.
The law provides penalties for sale of food falsely described as kosher and bans sale of kosher and non-kosher meats in the same store unless the store displays signs stating that both kosher and non-kosher meat are sold and signs are placed over each kind of meat stating whether it is kosher or non kosher.
