Army medical researchers claimed Sunday that the impaired hearing of some soldiers was due to the noise in the discotheques they frequented while off duty. This theory was presented by the director of the Army. Noise Prevention Institute to the Knesset ecology committee which is drafting legislation to reduce the noise level around airports.
