Arrests of Jews are continuing and are expected ultimately to include all foreign Jews and all native Jews whose citizenship was revoked in September, 1938.

In Trieste, a third of the male Jewish population was arrested, including all of the leaders. In Fiume and Abazzia, all native Jewish males between the ages of 16 and 60 were arrested, among them a former general.
