Approximately 600 persons attended a meeting here addressed by Menahem Beigin, Herut leader, who is conducting a campaign in behalf of his organization. Mr. Beigin severely attacked Israel’s reparations talks with Germany. The Central Committee of the United Zionist Organization of Brazil and other Jewish groups did not participate in a reception here for Mr. Beigin.
