A British Ministry of Supplies mission now in Cairo will shortly come to Palestine to assess this country’s potentialities for contributing to the war effort, Geoffrey Walsh, the Palestine Government’s economic adviser, announced today.
Walsh said regular manufacture of armaments was impossible here, but the country possessed both actual and potential possibilities for general stores for the army.
