British police fear that a bombing on Saturday in London could indicate the start of a wave of racist attacks by British neo-Nazis. Seven people were injured in the explosion in a predominantly Bangladeshi neighborhood, which was the second on consecutive Saturday afternoons. In the previous week’s bombing, which occurred in a mostly black neighborhood, some 39 people were injured, 14 seriously. The neo-Nazi Combat-18 organization or a hard-core splinter group are believed to be responsible for the attacks.
