A Jewish special policeman was killed and five other Jews, three of them women, were wounded today when an Arab band of ten ambushed a bus near Shaar Hamakin, Jewish colony south of Haifa. The slain policeman was Joseph Finkelstein, 35, a native of Rumania. The wounded were: Miss Moa Tilman, 15, dangerously; Alfred Lehman, 42, seriously; Zeev Isersohn, 38, Mrs. Natalia Tabenkin, 45, and Rivka Weinstein, 35, all slightly.
