A “books for Brandeis” campaign has been launched ? the Brandeis Foundation to aid in the establishment of a library at the projected ?andeis University to eventually reach 500,000 volumes, it was announced here today ? George Alpert, president of the Board of Trustees.
Fraternal organizations, clubs, brotherhoods, sisterhoods and other religious? filiated groups,both Jewish and non-Jewish, will be asked to organize committees to ?llect the volumes. It was also pointed out that individual money contributions could made to the University library fund to buy new books.
