The program for the one week conference of the National Association of Jewish Center Executives to be held at Atlantic City from May 24 to May 29 was announced here yesterday by Louis H. Sobel chairman of the program committee. The conference will be held jointly with that of the National Conference of Jewish Social Service and the National Council for Jewish Education.
Formulation of the program, according to Sobel, was made “to provide an authoritative analysis of the social and economic forces affecting Jewish life in America, to indicate how these influences affect the Jewish community Center as one of the functioning agencies in the Jewish community, to arrive at a positive orientation which will enable us to place the Jewish Community Center in its relationships to the Jewish and ## community, and to indicate concretely through sessions devoted to Jewish center program how this orientation can be translated into action.”
