Systematic attacks upon the Jews in Warsaw’s public places, particularly in the Ujazdowa Allees, are reported by the “Haint” and the paper charges that the police refuse to answer the cries for help by the Jews.
The paper asserts that Jewish passersby are attacked with sticks and cudgels and that many of them sustain serious injuries.
The police deny that such occurrences have taken place and in proof offer the alleged fact that no sufferers have ever lodged complaints with the police department.
