Word was received here of the death in Palestine of Ben-Zion A. Antonow, former president of the Zionist Organization of Chicago. Mr. Antonow, who was 70 years old, died in Tel Aviv on July 23. Funeral services were held July 26.
Mr. Antonow, with his wife, Mrs. Fanny Antonow, had resided in Palestine for the last four years. His widow, three daughters, Mrs. Nettie Yehuda, of Nahalal, Palestine, and Mrs. Bertha Marshack and Mrs. Sophie Silverstein, both of Chicago, and two sons, Julius B., Antonow, of this city, and Samuel L. Antonow, an attorney now residing in New York City, survive him.
