Regulations restricting Jews in commerce, which have been long deferred, will be ready by the end of next Summer, it was stated today by Dr. Wilhelm Frick, Reich Minister of the Interior.

The statement was made by Dr. Frick in the course of a summary of Nazi achievements, issued in the form of a proclamation, on the eve of the celebration tomorrow of the third anniversary of Adolf Hitler’s accession to the chancellorship.

Dr. Frick also disclosed that preparations are now under way to eliminate by March 1 whatever Jewish children are still left in the general schools. “Ghetto” schools are being established by Jewish circles at an estimated cost of a million marks for 1936.

In his proclamation, Dr. Frick bitterly attacks the anti-German boycott, stating it has only increased the determination of Germans to “become more brutal towards elements they consider detrimental to the State.”

“Jewish boycotters and Jewish agitators in many countries” are charged by Dr. Frick with an attempt “to destroy the peaceful cooperation between Germany and other countries.”
