A conference of all Jewish organizations which are participating in the relief work and settling of Jews on the land in Russia was called by the Comzet, the governmental department for settling Jews on the land. The conference will be held in Moscow.
Leading representatives of the Agro-Joint, the agency of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, the Ort, the Ica and the Ozet, the Society for Settling Jews on the Land will participate in the conference.
A detailed plan, including an outline for settling and colonization work in 1926, house building, medical and cultural aid, credit cooperation and loans, etc., is now being prepared.
