Among the resolutions adopted at the final session of the Polish-Jewish health society “Toz,” there is one which declares that the critical Jewish economic situation endangers the health of the Jewish population.
Another resolution also asks the Kehilloth not to certify mohelim whose medical competency has not been examined, since there have been many cases recently in which infants have contracted tuberculosis as a result of incompetent operations.
