Israeli Ambassador Simcha Dinitz has declared that Israel would do everything in its power “not to miss a single opportunity” to “advance the cause of peace and yet not to relent or neglect our guard.”
“Only a strong Israel will be a partner for negotiations in the future,” he said in an address’ yesterday to the National and New York Israel Bond Division luncheon of the Labor Zionist Alliance at the Plaza Hotel. The luncheon was given in honor of the LZA’s president, Dr. Judah J. Shapiro.
