Dr. Alfred Klee, Zionist leader and lawyer, who was arrested on a charge of not having delivered one of his sought clients to the police, was released from jail yesterday, owing to the fact that Judge Stark, who issued the warrent for hisarrest is a well known anti-Semite, who acted without authority in the matter. Disciplinary proceedure was started against Judge Stark.
