Dr. Benzion Mossinson, principal of the Herzlia Gymnasium in Tel Aviv and President of the Municipal Council of Tel Aviv, arrived this week for a study of school management in the United States. Dr. Mossinson will tour the country to confer with heads of American educational institutions. He will embody his findings in a report to the Board of Directors of the school.
