Joseph Rosen, director of the reconstruction work of the Joint Distribution Committee in Soviet Russia, following the signing of the agreement between the Soviet Government and the J. D. C. concerning the commencement of Jewish colonization in Soviet Russia, left for Berlin today for the purpose of attending a conference on the J. D. C. work in Russia.
Dr. Rosen, who is considered an authority on colonization, has been invited to go to Palestine for the purpose of making a survey of the agricultural development of the country.
