Dr. Weizmann’s colleague in the South African Keren Hayesod Campaign has just arrived here shortly in advance of Dr. Weizmann, who is now on his way to South Africa, and has been given a big reception both in Cape Town and here, and he has already started propaganda and organisation activities. Preparations are being completed for the campaign, which will start in Cape Town on February 8th., when Dr. Weizmann is due to arrive there. The campaign in Johannesburg is due to start on February 23rd.
South African Jewry is looking forward to Dr. Weizmanns visit to the country, and public interest is growing even outside the Jewish population.
