Dr. Dubinsky, prominent Jewish welfare worker and leader, died here today of a heart attack. He was 57 years old. Dr. Dubinsky was founder and president of the OSE, Jewish health society in Latvia, and was a member of the Union Universelle, the ORT and the Jewish Cultural Union in Paris.
