This Dutch town today cancelled its plans to hold a “Poland Week” in protest against the current wave of anti-Semitism inspired by the Warsaw regime. An “Israel Week,” which began Thursday on the 20th anniversary of Israel’s independence, is in progress.
In announcing cancellation of the Polish observance, a town council spokesman said that there was no room in the Netherlands for Polish cultural events under prevailing conditions of anti-Semitism in Poland.
