An ordinance putting the final touch to the expulsion of Jewish doctors from the sick benefit associations was promulgated today by the ministry of labor.
The ordinance provides that from the first day of September on, no Jewish physician is to remain associated with the sick benefit organizations with the exception of Jewish war veterans who served at the front. The ordinance proclaims the establishment of an association of sick benefit fund doctors to which Jews are forbidden to belong. Only members of the association will be permitted to hold medical posts with the sick benefit societies.
